Before filling out the form, please read the following information so you know what to expect:

• The first step for any new logo design is digitization, which converts your artwork into a stitch file for the embroidery machine.

• For standard logo-sized designs, the one-time digitization fee is $10. Larger or more detailed designs may cost more depending on complexity. Once digitized, your file will be saved so you won’t need to pay the fee again for future orders using the same design.

• Personalization like names and monograms do not require a digitization fee (provided you are choosing one of our fonts).

• Pricing expectations:
  • Standard logo-sized embroidery typically ranges from $10–$15 per item.
  • More detailed logos or larger designs usually start around $15 and up.
  • Because embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, larger or highly detailed/dense designs can increase in price quickly. Please keep this in mind when planning the size and level of detail in your design.

After filling out this form, I’ll have enough information to give you a more accurate quote. However, the final price won’t be determined until your design is digitized, since embroidery costs are based on stitch count and complexity.
