How long will my order take to ship?

We offer both ready-to-ship items and made-to-order items. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1-3 business days, while made-to-order items require additional production time. Please refer to each product listing for the most accurate processing time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Personalized and custom-made items are final sale as well, and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

Can you embroider business logos?

Yes! We offer business logo embroidery. Logos are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure they’re suitable for embroidery. If you’re interested, please reach out with your logo details and we’ll be happy to go over options.

Do you offer your items in other colors/prints?

We do! All of our sweatshirt designs can be embroidered on different color sweatshirts and/or with different color threads. Let us know what you’d like and we can make it happen. Items like our totes, pouches, and cosmetic bags can certainly be made out of different fabric. Reach out to us with your vision and we can send you options!
